Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Will be switching banks.
I've had nothing but good experience at this location. Teller friendly and so are the officers.
This citi bank sucks...I needed to cash my Citibank check even though I don't have a account I have my Citibank CC and proper ID. The teller told me nope can't cash your Citibank check at this location.... go to another location. The teller at the other location said the same thing. How am I supposed to know which bank does what? Why was I told wrong information? Waisted my lunch, gas, time to be lied to.
I visited this branch last Saturday. The Teller and Manager helped me efficiently with my accounts. Everything has been taken care of correctly. Thanks a lot!
I have had a very bad experience with this branch, the worst of all in the Bay Area. I am a contractor and my clients pay by check; I have an old client who makes me several weekly payments with a check from this bank, therefore, I must change them as he pays me. There have been countless times that I have had to tell my client (who is an elderly person) to make me a new check because everything is a problem for the cashiers of this branch, starting with "the letter is not the same", "this is not a Z, it looks like an S", "t... read more
