Amazing service from a great team!!
My account was closed because of fraudulent transactions and the bank closed my account without notifying me. I’ve scheduled utility payments and went to the branch to take money out in person and I found out my account is closed and that a check will be mailed in 60 days. Meanwhile how am I supposed to buy groceries, pay my mortgage, get gas??, I have nobody else. Citi bank will not give me any explanations of what’s going on.. even the police could no do anything. Citi bank is the worst
