The atm is not working ! Not to put cash they have two and both are not working
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at the West Pembroke Pines Citibank location. My experience with both the branch manager and an employee named Romina was completely unprofessional and frustrating. When I asked Romina to speak with a supervisor, she told me the manager was out of the office. I then asked when the manager would be back, and Romina responded that she didn’t know. After I continued to insist, she finally decided to call the manager, who arrived at the branch within about 15 minutes.... read more
This branch needs to be retrained in customer service. They show no empathy for a customer trying to get some help. I would not recommend this branch and it’s making me reconsider continuing business here.
The worst branch manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lou Ackerman was so mean and disrespectful and refused service. The most bitter old lady I’ve met.
