My recent visit was the first time I've been in-person to a Citi branch in such a long time. Although there were no other customers at the bank, I was quickly greeted by one of the employees there and she immediately asked me what I needed help with. I was helped by one of the bank clerks, Enrea, and I have to say that she had such a positive attitude while she was helping me. Had a good experience opening bank account here. Vicku Nguyen was super helpful with process. She explained everything in detail.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. We have a business account here and I would never do business here and never wish the kind of service I received here on my worse enemy. We are definitely on our way to closing the account. Please save yourself while you can and don't do business with Citibank in general. When you call the branch, nobody answers and then calls are forwarded to call centers. The connection is so bad that I can't even hear or understand what they are saying. Waste of time and energy. I have always had good experiences at this Citi Bank location. I would like to appreciate and thank Tammy for her excellent service and going above and beyond to help us out. P.S. There is a parking lot in the rear and the teller would validate your parking ticket, so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street.
I went to the 10 Almaden branch today (6/29/22) only to find they have been temporarily closed for some time. Why isn't it communicated more publicly in platform such as Google Map?
