Extremly bad beheavior of man siting on the depoist check side and not helping the customer we reached late at the branch to cash check at 4.56 pm but he said he won’t help me said to go out . Very rude behaviour .

I need to redeem some paper I bonds and wasn’t able to do it at Chase or another Citi branch. But they were able to help me here! Very smooth process too. UPDATE: today I was able to get a medallion signature here, which is great help because I must have called a handful of places (other Citi branches and other brokerages) but wasn’t able to get it done until now. Vicky and the bank manager were able to accommodate a same day appointment. Highly recommend this branch! Experienced staff and friendly service.

My recent visit was the first time I've been in-person to a Citi branch in such a long time. Although there were no other customers at the bank, I was quickly greeted by one of the employees there and she immediately asked me what I needed help with. I was helped by one of the bank clerks, Enrea, and I have to say that she had such a positive attitude while she was helping me. Had a good experience opening bank account here. Vicku Nguyen was super helpful with process. She explained everything in detail.
