If I could I would give it 0 stars. We have a business account here and I would never do business here and never wish the kind of service I received here on my worse enemy. We are definitely on our way to closing the account. Please save yourself while you can and don't do business with Citibank in general. When you call the branch, nobody answers and then calls are forwarded to call centers. The connection is so bad that I can't even hear or understand what they are saying. Waste of time and energy. I have always had good experiences at this Citi Bank location. I would like to appreciate and thank Tammy for her excellent service and going above and beyond to help us out. P.S. There is a parking lot in the rear and the teller would validate your parking ticket, so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street.
I went to the 10 Almaden branch today (6/29/22) only to find they have been temporarily closed for some time. Why isn't it communicated more publicly in platform such as Google Map?
Careful dealing with Citi if you are an international expat If you transfer money they force you with default settings to accept very unfavorable foreign exchange rates that will cost you thousands Always transfer in USD and have your receiving bank change it local currency as by default you get the interbank FX rates that are 3% better Just do the math if you lose 3% for a wire
Excellent service. I rarely write review but these banker person is very patient and nice. I got a little problem when wire transfer $ to another bank . Manager Ly Dung and banker Tram Phan are very patient and corrected my document until complete. They also explained for me very detail. Last, they reminded me to valid my parking ticket. Plenty of parking lot in basement. Almost no waiting at all is the big plus for this branch.
