Tried to deposit a check. Girl behind the counter had to talk to her manager. Gone for 10 min. Kept me in the dark about what was going on. Total lack of communication. Seriously questioning my relationship with Citi. This company had $21 billion in revenue last quarter. Yet, they can't afford to get ATMs that work and they can only "afford" to pay for 2 tellers to help customers. This bank has become truly pathetic. Focus on profits, not people.
Just withdrew $500 at their ATM. The transaction was charged twice and not one employees tried to help. I was told to call my bank, which I did. I asked to speak to a manager and nothing. I was merely stared at as though I was an inconvenience. So now I am out $500 and I was told to wait until it’s resolved. I asked if I would receive any sort of communication email mail or correspondence and was told no. How are banks allowed to do this when you were on their premises and have a daily limit of 500 through your own bank?
Our recent visit to the Citibank Sahara Branch was truly impressive and worth highlighting. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly… Although the wait time was longer than expected likely due to the holiday weekend we were fortunate to be assisted by Sherryl, a management team member, who smoothly handed us over to Liz, one of the bankers. Zero. Can't even open a new account without a appointment. But she can call someone else and ask them when they can open account and not enough choices for appointment
