Always so neat snd clean. Hardly any wait. Tellers always kind and respectful.
WONDERFULL
Citibank always a nightmare. Even with a business account. When you’re trying to deposit coins. Every time they have to check to see if they can take wrapped coins. “ Oh, we have to see if we have enough space to accept.” “ Oh, we’re changing systems. We can accept your coins right now. Come back next week.” There’s always an excuse for them not to accept coins, even when they’re perfectly wrapped.
I wish I would have gotten both the gentlemen's names, so sorry guys. I am a logistics manager and I received wire information from Turkey. I couldn't get them to translate to English. I could make out Citi Bank so I went over to the bank and they were super helpful. Mind you I am not a customer there. But they wrote down everything that I needed in order to make this wire transfer. So nice and helpful. Thanks guys.
Horrible customer service. Came inside for fraud activity on account. Didn't get the issue resolved. Got the issue resolved at the Lakewood Citibank, no problem over there. Never coming back again to this bank location.
