I wish I would have gotten both the gentlemen's names, so sorry guys. I am a logistics manager and I received wire information from Turkey. I couldn't get them to translate to English. I could make out Citi Bank so I went over to the bank and they were super helpful. Mind you I am not a customer there. But they wrote down everything that I needed in order to make this wire transfer. So nice and helpful. Thanks guys.
Horrible customer service. Came inside for fraud activity on account. Didn't get the issue resolved. Got the issue resolved at the Lakewood Citibank, no problem over there. Never coming back again to this bank location.
Tellers, very nice. Branch manager, demonstrated poor customer service. Answered questions while lounging against the wall where I could barely hear him and stopped engaging in our conversation halfway thru the talk. Do better. Make eye contact with your customers and pay attention to them. Try to help them instead of giving half assed responses.
One of the worse Citibanks ever close down
