This bank is in a convenient location however lately I noticed that many homeless people are sleeping in the lobby and using the vestibule for shelter. It smells really bad and there is no fresh air, this is a health hazard. The ATM area is not being kept clean. This is a total disgrace in our community.
The teller at this branch, is unprofessional and impolite. She should help with clients who don’t know about the bank deposit process or regulation, however she just shake her hands on me and don’t give further solution when there is some unclean point for me. Worse customer service ever I met at Citi that make me wanna drop from Citi
I have bring my 84 year old sister here for years and every month on the 3rd of the month they have 2 tellers and just now an elderly woman fell out and her elderly husband is crying because he don’t know what to do get out of line or what? You need to have more tellers for the seniors or a senior line . Look at the camera it’s 1:51pm 9/03/2025. I live in Connecticut so not my bank , but it’s my sisters bank. Poor customer service in a poor community.
