Site crashes alot, won't let you log in and they block transactions when they want. I can't even order parts from Jegs. They canceled the transaction and said it was a fraudulent charge. Guess girls can't and dont buy car parts...
"Do not open an account with Citi Bank anywhere. I had the worst experience with them. Last year, I opened a CD account for 11 months with a 1.75% interest rate. ATMs are down multiple times a month. These people could care less. Citi Bank altogether is great, but this particular branch just doesn’t pull through when needed. Get some new machines already!!!!!!
They couldn't even open bank account, they asked me proof of address, i gave them i-94 form and car lease with my address. Ariel manager said that it isn't enough to open the account here. Unfortunately, the worst branch here in Big Bear.
Atms are always out of cash or cant take checks (or both). People are nice though(bit slow) 3 stars Update: New machines. Better stocked!
