Worse customers service, Sung fu a chinese lady was irritated & screaming on me why i visit her branch 10am. It was Saturday, i went 10mnt ago, nicely keep quality waited as soon i enter she keep saying you come early, we open 10am. I said its okay i was waiting quite i dnt force you open door early or not ask explanation but she still irriated & keep saying you coming early. It's unclear to me why there are so many negative reviews of this branch, but I've been here numerous times and the branch manager Mirna has been very down and earth and pleasant. The entire banking staff is kind, receptive, and responsive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied. Keep up the great work!

I wondered why this bank has bad reviews. Now i know. We went to open a business account, the manager said she will request for the check when account is created, she never did it . She said she emailed the documents, she didn’t. Not going back there.
I work for an organization which has a corporate account with Citibank. Yesterday, I received a call from the branch manager Mirna, who was looking to verify a check we issued earlier in the day. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I told her I needed to put her on a brief hold, and she exclaimed “oh my god!” in a very irritated tone.
