I’ve been at that location this morning I worked with Ms. Susan Lau I can’t Really describe the wonderful experience she was professional Knowledgeable and patient until all Issues resulted highly recommend Her it was a pleasure.
The worst citibank branch. I brought about 100+ pieces checks to deposit. Teller telling we we need to count it. She start counting and checking names on check and everything. Its like 30secs a piece. Feel like whole and i dont have whole day with her.
I really dont get the negative reviews! The people here always work hard and hustle to help! Best Citi Branch!
Estaba la sra Natalia que hablada español y era una persona muy amable y te aclaraba todas las dudas, después fui al banco y la que estaba en su reemplazo era una persona con muy mal trato ni te explicaba absolutamente nada me cambie de sucursal y ahora voy a la fresh M.
Again someone behind the counter who don’t know what there doing, with no one to help them… ridiculous
