Estaba la sra Natalia que hablada español y era una persona muy amable y te aclaraba todas las dudas, después fui al banco y la que estaba en su reemplazo era una persona con muy mal trato ni te explicaba absolutamente nada me cambie de sucursal y ahora voy a la fresh M.

Worse customers service, Sung fu a chinese lady was irritated & screaming on me why i visit her branch 10am. It was Saturday, i went 10mnt ago, nicely keep quality waited as soon i enter she keep saying you come early, we open 10am. I said its okay i was waiting quite i dnt force you open door early or not ask explanation but she still irriated & keep saying you coming early. It's unclear to me why there are so many negative reviews of this branch, but I've been here numerous times and the branch manager Mirna has been very down and earth and pleasant. The entire banking staff is kind, receptive, and responsive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied. Keep up the great work!
