Never deposit money here with ATM. It took the money and not showing up on the system. Called the customer service and they say investigation will be taking place and it will give me provisional credit after or less 10 days.. Just one person helped me to call, and the other one asked for help but closed the door while looking at me because it was in the morning.
Citi is the best.
If you go here for a y transaction, prepare to spend an hour or more. This is the slowest bank! Evert time I go there to get something notarized, I end up walking out without being served. Always a waste of my time.
