Got an unsolicited phone call from them, claiming they could lower my credit card interest rates. I was speaking with Carolyn or something like that (she had an accent so I couldn't understand her quite well and her english was very broken), and she asked how much of a balance I had on my cards. When I told her I don't carry any balance, she simply hung up on me, I'm assuming since she wouldn't be able to upsell me on any additional debt solution services.
