Nobody EVER answers the phone. I am closing my account.
I visited this Citibank yesterday to deposit paychecks and withdraw cash. Citibank atm machines offer the option to select my bill denominations. For me, selecting this option has always caused the atm to malfunction regardless of where the machine is. After making my deposit and withdrawing cash from the atm, I went into the main section of the branch to speak with a teller. Inside the bank, I was the only person on line to see a teller. They attended to me immediately. I've been to several other banks before, and this is the only one where I received quick service.
I had a lovely experience at this bank with Israt Ahmed. She was friendly and helpful and worked hard to help me correct an ongoing issue I've been having with customer service. I wish all employees were as dedicated as she was to fixing my problem. Thank you so much!
