1 hour waiting and no nobody asked me if I need help or anything and I wrote my name on the waiting list but …. the lady in the window number 5 working and enjoying her food in same time and she doesn’t care about how need help or not,very sad day when I visited this agency bad satf working here

Tellers and management here are extremely negligent. I was hacked on3 separate occasions all from this branch. How can you give someone large sums of money I am out over $71k. Hopefully police can solve it and Citibank Fraud is working on it. . Other branches knew culprit id looked shady. I am appalled that this branch can let this happen. Extreme negligence.
