You are suppose to shut it down it is useless and the stuff there is absolutely horrible and the people there is a whole different topic.
The worst customer service takes forever to make a simple deposit and they take time talking each and asking like they don't know what to do.
People working there in general give the vibe that they are reluctant to work or help. It felt like they are not paid reasonably what keeps them dry.
