So slow and lazy.
I used the atm in this Citibank branch around 1850 & there was a man inside sitting with his big baggage. I felt so unsafe that I cannot concentrate in my transactions. This is not the first time I saw this man inside after office hours, I believe he spent the night inside bank last time I saw him was this past January. How can Citibank not check on their CCTV records & have security guard inspect the branch during off hours at night time?? Will this stranger continues to house himself there? Have been a long standing customer of Citibank and felt the need to recognize the above and beyond service provided me by Ziko Islam on 4/11/26. We needed to cash some EE Savings bonds and branch was closing in less than 30 minutes. Ziko came out of his office and processed the entire transaction himself.
