Went in to close an account and got no help. Was told to call the number on my card, which I already had called and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes with time increasing every time the automated voice came on. 😑
This bank is horrible. I made a deposit and they frozen my account. Once it was not frozen anymore my debit card was declined. They sent me a new debit card that didn't work. The manager is NEVER at the branch. They did not let me close my account until I called all my subscriptions with Netflix or Amazon and then said they would possibly close it. They still didn't close it. Now there's an over draft fee for $300 then I can maybe close it. I would not recommend you'd bank to anyone. They can't ever fix any issue here all th... read more
