Feb. 21, 2025 Update on my complaint. I did reach out to the email Citi provided me and within 24 hours a representative responded to my concerns. The representative from Citi did keep in constant communication with me and followed through in a timely manner. Citi and the representative totally resolved my issue. Citi truly does care about their customers. I definitely would highly recommend Citi and I am very satisfied. Stay away from Citi...They are terrible in every way imaginable. I've been a Citi card holder for 18 years and every month paid my balance off in full. They no longer care about their customers. I canceled my card and will never use Citi again.
I would rate this company a lot lower. I made an agreement with these idiots to settle 2 accounts. I held my end they on the other hand lost $3000 and it's been 2 and a half weeks and they still can't pull there heads out of there butts with all the information my bank and I have them to fix there screw up and still getting hurrass to pay them more money. I am only giving them a 1 because I don’t have the option to give 0 stars. They were given a double payment and after 3 months they still never applied one of those payments, nor have they returned the money to me. It has been 3 months and every time I call I get the same excuse, that they can’t do anything to help me.
