Do NOT Open a card or do business with this financial institution. They gave me a $20,000 card limit no interest for 18 months in a balance transfer. I attempted to transfer my American Express 2500 and my Apple Card And they refused the transfer, took away my ability to ever request a transfer. I was traveling with a client and I purchased lunch at Bloomingdale’s and they stopped my card. Accusing me that my telephone number with Verizon was a spoof number. They have zero regard for Customer service.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was trying to explain an overcharge that a company placed on my card, and the first representative didn't understand what I was talking about, no matter how hard I tried to explain it because the overcharge wasn't visible on my statement.
