Chase Bank had to lock my accounts since on September 15 my identity was stolen. The check I sent to pay my bill (in full), was returned to Citi Bank. I was then charged a $30.00 fee for a returned check by Citi Card. I called and explained what happened, but they refused to refund my $30.00 late fee. I’ve been a great Citi Card customer for many, many years. However, under these circumstances, I will shred my card and NEVER deal with any part of Citi Bank!!!

This location does not answer their phone and it is impossible to schedule an appointment with them online. Corporate customer support supposedly has no additional way to contact them. I need to go to a branch and this is the closest one to me - 3.5 hours away. Am I just supposed to hope that the correct person is available that day to assist me? Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could put zero stars up i would. I would definitely stay away from this company. I asked for an limit increase. Always have my card paid off and now that I paid my house off which frees up over 20000$ a year so I asked for a limit increase and they denied it. I will be canceling them. There is plenty of CC company's I can use. WOULDN'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
