This location does not answer their phone and it is impossible to schedule an appointment with them online. Corporate customer support supposedly has no additional way to contact them. I need to go to a branch and this is the closest one to me - 3.5 hours away. Am I just supposed to hope that the correct person is available that day to assist me? Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could put zero stars up i would. I would definitely stay away from this company. I asked for an limit increase. Always have my card paid off and now that I paid my house off which frees up over 20000$ a year so I asked for a limit increase and they denied it. I will be canceling them. There is plenty of CC company's I can use. WOULDN'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Do NOT Open a card or do business with this financial institution. They gave me a $20,000 card limit no interest for 18 months in a balance transfer. I attempted to transfer my American Express 2500 and my Apple Card And they refused the transfer, took away my ability to ever request a transfer. I was traveling with a client and I purchased lunch at Bloomingdale’s and they stopped my card. Accusing me that my telephone number with Verizon was a spoof number. They have zero regard for Customer service.
