This bank is the worst bank k have ever encountered. My 96 year old grandmother that has alot of money with them was mistreated and dismissed when she was in a very vulnerable state after losing her son and trying to update her accounts! I will never and I mean never recommend this bank to anyone it was beyond disgusting o how my poor grandmother was treated! I called on the phone and there customer service was not even in America could barely understand her and she she was from over seas I don’t think we should have a call center out of the country I deposit my check teller it would be available tomorrow I checked my account and then come to find out now o have 5 business day hold on it unfair when it is a local check from the government after it clears I am closing my account
I asked for my cashier check be revised by changing the name of the receiver, I was told I had to redeposit it and it would be three days before they could replace my cashier check . What kind of fictional story is this?
