Been to San Pedro Branch twice and the both times it looked like the manager Mayra was either drunk or under the influence. Employees are treated unfairly. Their systems seen to always be down

This bank is the worst bank k have ever encountered. My 96 year old grandmother that has alot of money with them was mistreated and dismissed when she was in a very vulnerable state after losing her son and trying to update her accounts! I will never and I mean never recommend this bank to anyone it was beyond disgusting o how my poor grandmother was treated! She has been a loyal customer for I’ve 40 years and when it was time for her to get some help with at the worst time of her life she was dismissed and treated horribly!... read more

I called on the phone and there customer service was not even in America could barely understand her and she she was from over seas I don’t think we should have a call center out of the country I deposit my check teller it would be available tomorrow I checked my account and then come to find out now o have 5 business day hold on it unfair when it is a local check from the government after it clears I am closing my account
