I had a wonderful experience at this branch, thanks to Mr. Fernando Areiza. While I was depositing a check, the machine had an error, but Fernando stepped in immediately to help. He was patient, kind, and stayed with me until everything was resolved. Five stars for Fernando Areiza! He went above and beyond to help me. Amit Bhasin
Horrible experience! I waiting an hour to be seen by a banker to help me. The lady at the window said they cannot help me here and I would have to call a number in city bank. I called that number she provided and they said it has to be the bank teller that calls not the customer. Completely unprofessional of her to give me a number just to get me out the bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME TO THIS BANK!
