Drive up ATM is out of service again. The grounds are littered with garbage and there's one ATM on the opposite side of parking. If you're handicapped it is a long haul. Please make it better!
The drive through ATM is ALWAYS either broken or not working correctly. For a bank that charges you for a checking account, it's extremely frustrating. I'm actually in the process of closing my account because of this. I work odd hours and I need access to the ATM to deposit.
The New Citibank ATM's Are " Junk " !

I had business account with citi came to this brunch 2 times to get my notary, always telling me person who is doing notary is on vacation! Are you kidding me! so many people works there and no one could help? Very bad customer service! Give my business to Chase Bank!
