First of all, this branch is closing on June 28 2024. The lady branch manager was very rude and filled a complaint. We have been citi customers for the last 15 years, and she refused to verify my signature after waiting for about an hour. Branch closing 06/28/2024.
The bank manager calls your private and personal phone out of left field for no legitimate reason at all while I am working! Leaves a message to call her back and when you do you’re in panic mode praying that nothing bad has happened to your account! Then she says “It’s time for a check-up, I just wanted to know if i can help you with anything” Almost got me fired!!
Very rude the bank.
