I have been with Citi bank on Alum Rock for over two years now and the service l have received has been excellent much better than my last bank.
If it's possible I would like to give Mai Nguyen a 0 for customer service. She is very rude, horrible customer service I ever had, I don't feel like to go to this Alum Rock branch again because of her.
I came in today waiting for 15mns for a new account. There were 2 ladies there but not once they even acknowledged my presence. I don't mind waiting but this really showed that this branch has no respect for their clientele . So disappointed.
