New customer to Citibank. We went to the Buffalo Grove, IL branch to get a few things finalized. Very friendly service and a great rep, Alex. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Thank you!
So disappointed. The staff here are very rude, especially Armine Papaźian. She clearly lacks customer service skills — speaking loudly, asking unnecessary questions, and behaving unprofessionally. Guys, please be a little softer and more respectful. We are not asking for money from your pocket; we simply expect professional advice and good service.
Just terrible Staff-- ok Bad banking hours.
It took us 1 hour just to transfer money to another bank account:( if you can speak Russian, they will be friendly to you.
