It took us 1 hour just to transfer money to another bank account:( if you can speak Russian, they will be friendly to you.
Unprofessional and rude place I hv ever encountered. I went to cash out my closed-out cheque from Citi bank fraud department. The cashier, big lady, jump on to me and told me I can NOT cash that out bz I don’t hv a Citi account now. Have they even got a proper training ? I called the fraud department and opened a complaint against them . Citi fraud department apologized me and asked me to go to a different branch to cash out the cheque.
You cant pay credit card balance with cash. BANK DOES NOT TAKE CASH... Since when banks dont take cash.... crazy
Absolutely the worst bank ever. I came with a simple require to transfer money from one checking account to another. The teller asked me my phone number like 15 times. I told her really slowly each time and she still couldn’t remember 4 numbers. When I went to the banker(older Asian woman) and asked her to transfer money from one checking account to another, she started telling me above my credit card, looking at my payments on the credit card, checking on the checking balance from years ago, mumbling some numbers, making sm... read more
