Branch is useless. Bank will not cash a check. Told me to go to a branch an hour away to cash my check. Hope thos branch closes soon. Edit: To add, the branch then suggested i drive to a branch over 45 mins away in mid day traffic just to get my check cashed. What is the purpse of a bank if you don't cash the checks that are made from your bank?
Me and my dad came here to resolve some issues. The manager, Carlos, and the new girl working there were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for taking care of us that day. Our issues were resolved quickly and courteously.
Monday January 13 2025 : going in and waiting for more than 15 minutes and no one was at the window .. is nice to be paid without doing anything ....Still horrible branch Afternoon of Monday : Can I get a roll of quarters please ? We don't have quarters ... At least put a sign : get quarters at Laundry !
This branch needs improvement. There’s almost always just 1 clerk on duty during the busiest times. It’s almost like they want to create a line long enough to discourage anyone who needs in person service from ever coming to this branch again. Several times I’ve come here and asked for something slightly more complicated then a deposit- like getting some old statements and they were so bad that they sent me to the branch on 7th Ave. I don’t know if it’s lack of knowledge, over abundance of laziness or complete absence of car... read more
