The worst customer service I do not like entering this branch.
The map pin is quite misleading. Although there’s a Citibank awning, it hung above an empty space, which made me think the branch was closed. In reality, the branch is located inside the mall, closer to Flatbush. It’s a small location and felt rather low-end.
Very nice people I don’t regret to go there they smile for all the people
Banker missed appointments twice and finally when I able to talk to someone, just told me to call customer service. it felt like they just wanted to get rid of me rather than actually help with anything. Appalling customer service
Man talk about Wait time smh, can they be any slower. Not sure but seems Citi has a bad trend going on there service. Harlem 116st location is the worst
