On 11/15/25 bank opened at 10.01 am. One teller, long line. I experienced/witnessed the most disgusting customer service. Thank you Ms. Wright you're the reason for the 3. However Ms Nicholson service was disgusting. Upon waiting to enter several seniors were before me, I watched her make this black man wait even longer while she assisted two other non blacks lying to the black seniors telling him they had appointments before him, mind you he was first in line.
