Nice open spacious location for all your banking services
I spoke with Briana Garcia regarding the opening of two accounts. I explained that I was traveling from outta State, and made a 9:30 appt for 10/14 (my brother was to be on both accts). The appt was confirmed and then subsequently changed to 10 am. Upon arrival, no one greeted us. I've banked here for over 40 years and, with multiple accounts and significant balances, qualify for "Citigold" services. Thus, you would imagine I can get someone on the phone or a response to email on the rare occasion I need some form of personal services. I'll spare you the full the stories (plural) but share that I'm seriously contemplating the closure of all all my accounts. That would be a big undertaking, of course, so consider that before starting a banking relationship here (or at any Citibank for that matter).
