I just used the ATM. Did what it was supposed to do.
I opened a business account at this branch and the banker who helped me was so efficient. I received my new debit card in 2 days and checks a few days later. Excellent customer service!!
Unwelcoming to first time clientele.
This bank is garbage; not worth the paper its checks are written on. I came in to cash a check drawn against its own self (Citi), and they told me they couldn't verify the funds so there was nothing they could do. Their phone system was down or some garbage, also the manager tried to explain that it was because the address on the check was DE and its state laws are "too confusing" ????
