They will not answer the phone. Seriously considering switching to another bank due to the long, slow line waiting for a teller. For years there were always at least two tellers at the windows. For the past few months there has been only one and seems to work pretty slowly. Despite mentioning this to the manager, she apologizes but has no solution.
No one ever picks up the phone here. Customer service hotline for Citibank states they perform serval services that they do not in fact perform. AI for Citibank also is terrible, never has the answer for simple questions.

Went in to ask for change and potentially get information on opening a New bank account because I recently moved to the area. Was told to come back in 30 minutes which to me made no sense. Didn’t bother asking if I had an account with them. Felt like I was being judged based on my appearance. Very disappointed, do better
