I have gone in twice to close out my mom account who passed away both times I waited for 30 minutes to talk to someone and there was only one teller and a person just sitting behind her doing nothing.The first time i was a least greated and told it would be a few since they were short staffed. The second time not greated and the girl doing nothing didnt say hello or asked what we needed help with. Finally got to the teller and gave her all the documentation. Horrible service. Worst bank to do anything with them
About 40% of the time I go both ATM machines are broken! And I don’t know why they have a phone number on the website because nobody ever answers the phone so you can see if the machine has been repaired or not before you drive all the way over there! Thank God I don’t bank at this Citibank. I’m doing business for my disabled daughter and I don’t have time to keep driving back-and-forth just because they can’t keep their ATM machines working or answer the phone when you need to ask them a question!
