About 40% of the time I go both ATM machines are broken! And I don’t know why they have a phone number on the website because nobody ever answers the phone so you can see if the machine has been repaired or not before you drive all the way over there! Thank God I don’t bank at this Citibank. I’m doing business for my disabled daughter and I don’t have time to keep driving back-and-forth just because they can’t keep their ATM machines working or answer the phone when you need to ask them a question!

I have been working with this bank for 5 years or more I have never had a problem everyone's been kind nice and understanding easy to get in and out
One of the worst banks i have ever had. Waited over a month for my debit card ( which i never received until i went in person and was ordered a new one ). Tried activating card and stated that the number was invalid and i needed a pin number ( just opened an account never had a debit card here btw ) Tried calling and supervisor basically said she cannot help. Gave my SSN and was told i did not have an account. Highly do not recommend this bank!
