Today I went there to cash my check I've never had any problems before Cory assisted me told me that I had to wait 2 days then gave a smirk on his face .This branch has the worst customer service here . Very discriminating here . I'm not ever coming back here .

I won some money when I was in town. I figure I got credit debts why not pay them off. Citibank refused to accept the cash. Then the banker mentioned money laundering. I paid off three other cards, Citibank was the only one to mouth off to me. There is something seriously wrong with a bank that sees it customers as criminals.
Still haven’t received any follow-up from this branch or Citibank customer service. Citibank seems to have no policy to address systemic issues or trigger follow-ups. There’s no way for customers to bring issues to actual decision-makers. This shows a lack of trust in their employees' ability to identify systemic problems and address unfair or inequitable policies. Customers are left in the dark, ignored.
The staffs here are very supportive Especially Christy MacCanna provided me with professional and sincere service she saved my day!!
