Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I opened up my business checking here a few years ago which I use very frequently. I have money in the account, I use it a few times a month and definitely in good standing. Logged into the mobile app 4 days ago and it says my account has been closed. Call customer service and they said the branch closed it and I'd have to call them to find out why. Called the branch 45 times until someone finally picked up. ◯12/08/25 I was pressed for time before my long-term overseas business trip, but victoria experdited my bank card so I could make it in time for my long-term overseas trip starting the day after tomorrow. However, I had a problem with my PIN number, so I returned to this branch. Esmeralda assisted me immediately and everything was completed without any problems in a short time, which was a great help. ◯08/04/25 Mon Amy Vasquez was very friendly and wonderful. She answered all my questions about beneficiary right away. ◯2018 One of their bankers, Jennifer was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding beneficially matters. I really appreciated her patience while I was in this branch. She was great!
