◯12/08/25 I was pressed for time before my long-term overseas business trip, but victoria experdited my bank card so I could make it in time for my long-term overseas trip starting the day after tomorrow. ◯08/04/25 Mon Amy Vasquez was very friendly and wonderful. She answered all my questions about beneficiary right away. ◯2018 One of their bankers, Jennifer was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding beneficially matters. I really appreciated her patience while I was in this branch. She was great! Always have quick responsive service never had a problem
Excellent customer service
I was just in Citibank to cash a check from a Citibank CD. I was told without a checking or savings account, they would not cash the check. The teller told me I could go to their Whittier or Gardena Ofiice to cash my Citibank check. Really?? Drive 30 miles to another Citibank. What a STUPID policy. I will not be doing any further business with Citibank!!!
