◯08/04/25 Mon Amy Vasquez was very friendly and wonderful. Always have quick responsive service never had a problem
Excellent customer service
I was just in Citibank to cash a check from a Citibank CD. I was told without a checking or savings account, they would not cash the check. The teller told me I could go to their Whittier or Gardena Ofiice to cash my Citibank check. Really?? Drive 30 miles to another Citibank. What a STUPID policy. I will not be doing any further business with Citibank!!!
I have no issues with the tellers. They're all very nice and professional.
