The available balance is not included when I export a CSV or TXT file from my checking account online. When I display the data over a custom range instead of just the last 30 days, the available balance is not even displayed. Sadly, these unbelievable oversights are typical of Citibank. I hope they at least do the arithmetic correctly!!

too long a story to share other than to say there lack of security has caused us to close our accounts twice now. now they want us to purchase a security system for our account. the first time i was there they tried to pin it of random chance yet there were 3 other customers there with exactly the same problem. THE REASON PEOPLE PUT MONEY IN BANKS IS TO KEEP IT SAFE! IT'S THEIR JOB TO KEEP IT SAFE!!!
