too long a story to share other than to say there lack of security has caused us to close our accounts twice now. now they want us to purchase a security system for our account. the first time i was there they tried to pin it of random chance yet there were 3 other customers there with exactly the same problem. THE REASON PEOPLE PUT MONEY IN BANKS IS TO KEEP IT SAFE! IT'S THEIR JOB TO KEEP IT SAFE!!! UPDATE 1) About a year ago, Citibank also incorrectly charged us $400 in service fees and required multiple personal visits to fix it 2) Now, they sent a letter in the US Mail they will do the same in another account. We have a "Priority" account specifically to avoid that. 3) They have made automated calls at 1AM regarding our Citi Costco Visa.
