Yesterday I cashed a check and they forgot to give me back my identification. I went back today and the person that helped me was the same person from yesterday and he tell me he had to dispose of the identification cause I didn’t have an account with them and there’s no way to contact me and they can’t hold it . They were able to get it back from the disposal bin. Unprofessional customer service. Two of three ATMS were not working when I went to withdraw money recently. When I used the one working machine my cash was not dispensed, and then shut down. My account was debited for the withdrawal. I went into the branch and one teller said he would file a dispute for me, but another teller stated they can’t do that anymore. She tersely said call customer service without any offer to look into the ATM issue.
Very unprofessional people working there.its alright to deposit money or cash withdrawals. People on desk are completely unprofessional.
