Stopped by this branch because it was near my work. Julian Chu is an amazing representative with some of the best and most powerful work ethics I have ever seen in my 40 years of existing, He went out of his way to accommodate me in the most professional way possible personable, very empathetic very understanding he is who I would want my elderly mother and father to deal with on a regular basis the success of that branch is probably mainly because of him. Citi is lucky to have him, he can easily be district manager if not already one.
I recently had a frustrating experience while trying to open a business account at the Alhambra location of Citi Bank. My interactions with the staff left much to be desired, particularly with Michelle Lee and Jeffrey Huynh. From the outset, Michelle's demeanor was rude and dismissive.
