Stopped by this branch because it was near my work. Julian Chu is an amazing representative with some of the best and most powerful work ethics I have ever seen in my 40 years of existing, He went out of his way to accommodate me in the most professional way possible personable, very empathetic very understanding he is who I would want my elderly mother and father to deal with on a regular basis the success of that branch is probably mainly because of him. Citi is lucky to have him, he can easily be district manager if not already one.

I recently had a frustrating experience while trying to open a business account at the Alhambra location of Citi Bank. My interactions with the staff left much to be desired, particularly with Michelle Lee and Jeffrey Huynh. From the outset, Michelle's demeanor was rude and dismissive. Rushed to BofA for an immediate wire transfer because it didn't go through online. The staff"Dili" , of course, was unhelpful with an attitude saying, "you need an appointment. We are full" Not sure if they were really "full" as l didn't see any customers in their petition. It's not really about them not taking me in, but that staff Dili had a bad presentation. Convenient location. But the parking lot gets abused a lot by nearby businesses’ customers. Went there for the ATM and parking lot is full of illegally parked vehicles. It’s Sunday! Bank’s management needs to ask the city to start issuing parking violations to those illegally parked vehicles.
