Can someone help me understand. I received a paycheck from my employer because I’m waiting for direct deposit to start. Since Citi bank is on my pay check I came here to cash my check, the young female without a name tag told me she cannot cash the check because she cannot verify my check or get it touch with my employer to verify I work there. I have never had such an experience and will never come here again. very unprofessional. I will never recommend this bank to anyone I know.
