I currently study in Michigan and I called this specific branch and spoke to both Mahir Francis the branch manager and Jaylen the PB! They were an help as I was remote throughout the whole process! They walked me through opening an DAO account and it was so smooth! They answered all my questions about the different account options very thoroughly before choosing what the best fit was for me and to avoid monthly fees! This branch is so blessed to have such hard workers! They are true assets to the branch!
Voicemail from the branch “please call me I have something to talk to you about” led to a panicked call thinking there was fraud on the account. Nope. Just an attempt to upsell me. I guess that’s a type of fraud. Vmail messages from the bank should clearly indicate that it’s a sales call
