Everyone at this branch was incredibly helpful and patient; there aren’t any Citi banks near me, and I specifically came to this branch as it was highly rated, and wasn’t disappointed.

Teresa was extremely helpful! She was able to help me with a complicated business banking problem. It took two visits and a phone call to sort everything out, but she was very patient and willing to help sort out issues with an old business bank account.

I wish this branch were closer. Teresa was absolutely polite, competent and professional. There is a reason this Citibank branch has almost a 5.0 rating while the rest in the area are lucky to break a 3.0. The Citibank main call center today was beyond ridiculous and incompetent, so Teresa was a breath of fresh air. Citibank can learn a lot from Teresa. Kudos!

I had someone commit fraud using my debt card and it happened in Dec. I informed Citi of the issue and they closed my card and gave me a new one. They then denied my claims of fraud and were refusing to credit the money back to my account. I had a police report stating that I was not at any of the stores to make the charges as was in fact at work during the time the criminal make the charges in person at the stores.
