Not a fan of the "Big Banks" but because of an Estate situation my husband and I had to go into a local branch for help. The manger, Susan Miller could not have been more accommodating and went above and beyond to expidite the necesssary process of what we needed to be done.
Waiting on line for 30 minutes long line 1 teller working hard and another employee not doing anything but twiddling her thumbs
