Visited this morning and received very poor customer service. The branch was empty, yet Farid at the cashier and a woman in a nearby booth showed no willingness to help. I requested a withdrawal with clean bills, and Farid said he wouldn’t check the machine and could only give whatever came out. The other employee was also uninterested. I’ve been using this branch for many years. Helpful and friendly staff.
Have never come in here and received prompt help. Too many managers who never will just help the next person in line. Always get the feeling they CAN help, but don’t want to. Was once told they “don’t open 529s here,” and they’ve refused to help us before official end of business hours.
Love this place never had any problem going there they always help me out when I go there better then the one on fulton st
Citibank is the worst of the big banks! I've never had a smooth time with them, this branch always makes you come in for the most inane reasons. If you hate red tape, steer clear of this terrible giant. The end of this company can't come soon enough. Tea, a reply like this is part of the issue. Red tape all over the place, even when you need help with simple tasks.
