And educated people working here they don’t know how to open the state Account Unresponsible people disrespectful. I’m surprised how the bank hired them for this job.
Branch sucks big time. Citi should close it and fire all the staff.
Excellent costumer service at this location , their members were very helpful and pleasant.
No one ever answered the phone!
Service is a hit or miss. The last teller was a young man in training who knew nothing, was alone and had years of experience cultivating the wrong attitude. His advice was that I try everything from my computer as his system wasn’t working properly. I was leaving when I decided to not trust him. I went back and asked for a manager to review the situation. The system was fine. This is an example, but there are others I can draw from.
