Excellent costumer service at this location , their members were very helpful and pleasant.
No one ever answered the phone!
Service is a hit or miss. The last teller was a young man in training who knew nothing, was alone and had years of experience cultivating the wrong attitude. His advice was that I try everything from my computer as his system wasn’t working properly. I was leaving when I decided to not trust him. If you want to ruin your day, swing by this branch! I opened up a business checking account here several months ago and continue to have issues. First time business owner here, so I needed guidance. But when the rep asked me whether I wanted a debit card I said no, not realizing that that action would prevent me from activating my account. (So why didn’t he tell me that??).
