Had to call and saut 45 min on line to be able to talk to customer service !!!
yes the branch is worst i ever see
And educated people working here they don’t know how to open the state Account Unresponsible people disrespectful. I’m surprised how the bank hired them for this job.
Branch sucks big time. Citi should close it and fire all the staff.
Excellent costumer service at this location , their members were very helpful and pleasant.
