The staff were very kind to customers. One African American employee in particular who attended to me— An Asian employee was also very kind to me when I visited previously. I don't understand why this branch has a low rating. In my opinion, the staff are very respectful toward customers; God bless you all. Keep up the good work.

Used my card at this ATM to deposit a check. I believe my card information was stolen at this location. I called to inform the branch but she told me that she checks the machines herself everyday so she doubt it. This is a new account. I was funding my new account since I just received the PIN code in the mail. It was before business hours so I used the ATM. The employee claims I’m the only one that’s ever called to complain about fraudulent transactions.
