It would be nice to know that your check will be held for more than a week when you deposit it. I understand they do this for new accounts the first time but apparently without telling the customer they will hold ALL your checks everytime. Don't deposit checks at citi bank cash them and deposit the cash. For some reason that's a faster process then them just letting you have you hard earned money they will give you your full check if you cash it but hold it if you deposit it. Extremely rude customer service woman named Hannah. She has been consistently impolite, and unhelpful. She literally threw my husband's debit card at him.
