Great profession greeted with a very positive attitude absolutely outstanding.
Biggest regret opening an account with them. Poor customer service, they have people from India and the Philippines handling your personal banking matters. Branches are not open conveniently for customers, 10-5 M-F is ridiculous banking hours. My advise use a credit union, preferably Navy Federal, this bank seriously sucks! You also can’t do any transactions unless you have your debit card and PIN number. Deborah and crew have Terrible customer service!!!! I came in at 4:50 while they were open until 5:00pm. I needed to setup a savings account. I got off early to do this but was refused because it take 15 minutes and they closed in 10 minutes. Why are your doors open if you don't do the services people ask for up until you close? You guys are terrible and tellers will be obsolete due to your lack of helpfulness. I would not have went in if I wanted to talk to a robot.
