I am giving 5 star as Dylan Sharp came out of his way to help me out with my needs and was able to get me sorted. This is exactly how customer service should look like, ha is amazing and I highly recommend him.
It’s my biggest regret to open an account with this branch. I’m trying to make an appointment with the banker for 2 weeks but It’s impossible. Whenever I call the branch, no one is available to take my calls. What a poor customer service. I will close my account ASAP.
I love how they help my deaf father on anything he ask them for help...their are very caring and I love that is close to our home
