这家银行有一位会说中文的柜台员工，经常歧视中国人。故意不给中国人好好服务或者不帮忙翻译，甚至当着孩子的面。真的是很糟糕的服务体验。那位柜台职员的名字是lin lin sun。 很可悲的是，我反应给一位女领导，她对此似乎毫无反应。另外我认为她的业务能力非常不专业。不协助客户解决问题，很不屑的样子。另一家citi的服务简直是天堂。
It’s clean inside the bank. ATM machine always working well. This Citi bank branch is way better than other branches ( compare to Anaheim branches )
Only use this bank to deposit a check for my landlord once a month, and even then that's one too many times to visit. Thank God it's not my actual bank. Lines are always insanely long inside. They have 1 teller helping a whole line of people, while managers and other coworkers hang out in the back. The only time those other workers come out is to tell the customers "We'll be right with you," then they go back into their room in the back EDIT: Linh is always nice and helpful, even if the wait is long. Not her fault
