They will let people steal your money and claim they have done an investigation months later to take the credit out and favor on the scammers who took your money. Booked a car the night before Maui Fire for a family vacation. Priceline refused to refund me as my condo was used for displaced locals. My booking was non refundable. Too sad to visit and inappropriate during such a tragedy. This 100% is what's wrong in the world. Corporate greed, no humanity, lack of respect for our fellow man. After disputed with the company directly, disputed with Citicard. Both refused to refund me
