Booked a car the night before Maui Fire for a family vacation. Priceline refused to refund me as my condo was used for displaced locals. My booking was non refundable. The banker I dealt with, Jahaira, is either completely incompetent at her job or it’s a policy at Citi to make things as inconvenient as possible for their customers.
