I just opened a new account at Citi last month. I called twice yesterday to speak to management and was promised I’d be called back. No one did. So much for good customer service.
You guys need to fix your hours. Drove here because it said it closed at 5. Why don't you keep your information accurate.
Waste of time and air. I’m not sure what that gentleman I spoke too but he shouldn’t be working with anyone. Waste of my time and had Citi bank for 6+ years.
