This branch is awful. Truly the worst banking experience I've ever had. The people who work here are incompetent, unfriendly and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs
Terrible bank. Hoping it is just the Armonk branch, but given the downward spiral this country is heading, it could be all branches. Clueless and lazy branch manager. Unfriendly tellers who weren’t taught even how to greet customers. Never anyone available to help you. People in offices are generally not with anyone yet you wait and wait until they decide to come out to ask if you need help. I also waited and waited for assistance because a teller went upstairs to the restroom and never came back.
The worst branch I went. Tellers don’t know what doing.

they were happy to open my account and couldn't be more helpful. It ended there. The person who I worked with was never there, or "with a customer" and never returned my calls..there seems to be no way to contact the branch despite their assurances that I could reach someone whenever needed Very poor followup.
