3 Philippines based service reps offered 3 DIFFERENT answers to the same issue, without explanation as to why the others got it wrong, nor any taking ownership of the problem caused by their inconsistency. 2 personal accounts have different relationship tiers , thus, diff fees; I asked if they can be the same tier, they said “it doesn’t appear so”, no further explanation, no promises that they can always adjust the fees to be equal.
