Beware of this "business"! this is the worst mortgage company to deal with, we are trying to complete the sale of of a house, but they do not provide any information on time. Their mortgage documentation lacks necessary details for the title company to complete the closing e.g. the pay off documents do not show even the property address, the loan number does not match the account number shown on the deed filed with the city.
