Worst bank ever. Tried to transfer $25 from my bank account to my Apple pay card and Citibank declined and sent me an email asking if I made the transaction. I said yes. It then said that I can now make the transaction but when I tried, it still would not let me so I had to end up calling them after multiple tries.They said they just needed to verify some information with me and I gave them literally everything. No Citi bank on the premises. More like a corporate office. Saw something that looked like an ATM but security wouldn't let me use it. Says it's for the staff only. So basically drove about 30 minutes for nothing! Please update the info so people are not mislead. Doesn't seem like Citi bank operates in TX.
Don’t get a credit card with them. If you fall behind on payments, they will freeze your bank account and charge you outlandish fees. Horrible!
