This condominium is under city code violations there are rats all over and ants all over the car ports and the association is not doing anything about it but charging $1K monthly for HOA fees.

My first impression of the management company answering the phone and the first thing the lady says is “what complaint do you have?” Really confused me. I was calling about a fire alarm but that was a definite red flag. Who answers a phone like that? Maintenance will schedule times, and not show up on time. BUT if you’re 2-3 minutes late they will disappear and say “oh no one was home so I left” even when you tell them you’re approximately 3 minutes away.
