Reception said I should have seen the sign on the counter when I has handing over money!! It’s not cheap to stay here. Rooms have plastic coffee cups. You get three coffee bags for two people (and on days where they don’t service your room that is 3 coffee bags for two days) No way to dry towels in the room (no heated towel rails) so wet towels an... read more
Great location
On arrival loos weren't clean no aircon in reception staff wonderful looked after bags as too early to check in .No Room services of rooms on Sundays so no fresh towels asked for extra towels day before didn't arrive so no shower before leaving on Monday.The staff are lovelyhard working but aircon in morning to mid day restaurant reception our rooms freezing at 4am I feel sorry for staff as so hot aircon wasn't working.Loved coffee free breakfast was lovely .Ok pricing
