Phòng rất cũ kỹ, bên dưới nệm có nhiều vết ố rất gớm , trông như vết máu , tệ nhất là dịch vụ phòng , không dọn dẹp kĩ , không vệ sinh bồn cầu , nhân viên vệ sinh thì luôn cau có khó chịu , thảm sàn rất dơ , Check out vào chủ nhật , nhưng thứ 7 thẻ phòng đã không mở cửa được rồi Nhân viên lễ tân không thân thiện với người châu á

My 3rd stay at Citadines on Bourke; Stay 1 and 2 were great. The location is still fabulous. The Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and the 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious at a reasonable nightly rate. However the housekeeping/maintenance standards let it down this time causing lower rating as:- *The downlight in the kitchen not working - dark bench prep area. *The kettle's electrical safety tag said next testing due March 2026, well overdue. *No bodywash in the shower after only 1 shower; had to use shamp... read more

Had an enjoyable stay over the weekend. Staff were lovely on arrival. Check in process was very quick and efficient. The rooms were clean, presentable and very well sized especially for the price point. It came with an equipped kitchenette including pots, plates and cutlery. The mini fridge was a decent size to place anything you’d need in there too. Room had a large bed and a sofa. The room we'd been promised, a twin, was unavailable and they initially only offered a queen bed. I had to push for an upgrade after it wasnt offered. Room was tired, the kitchen light wouldn't turn on and the light switches for bathroom and bedroom were very odd. There was also the last occupants dirty dishes left in the sink. If youre a light sleeper, forget it, if your room is facing Little Collins St there's a loading dock below and the noise and beeping is horrendous. Great location for China Town.
