Hicktoria. Horrible reception staff. Gave wrong directions to parking station in the hotel!! Dumb. They couldn’t find our booking. Not a good start Faulty aircon which took 2 phone calls & 45mins to get a repair done. Brendan decided it was in the hard basket and hung up on me!! Welcome to the failed state of Victoria
Everything good! The hotel is in a strategic position to visit the city center.
The location is excellent close to the shopping district, restaurants, cafs, bars, and public transport. There is some noticeable bus and tram noise from the room, but overall, the location is very convenient. The furnishings are a little dated and show some signs of wear and tear. That said, it’s still a great option if you’re looking for a spacious stay with a separate living room and kitchen.
