We had our alarm installed today, the techs were very prompt and did a clean installation. They were informative and able to answer any questions we had. All in all very happy so far!
Small family run business. They've had the same owners and techs for 40 years. They're all about service and have very low prices compared to the huge corporate security companies. Ask for Gene. He's the greatest.
I chose Citadel initially due to price and that they didn't require a long term contract like some of the national alarm companies. The installation went perfectly and the system blends in with the house. I don't know if it's because they do their own monitoring or that they're local or their technology but whenever our system would go off (usually due to our own fault) we would receive a call from Citadel within seconds. I have a citadel security system in my house that was purchased by the original owner. It goes off from time to time and I can’t shut it off. I called and was told I’m not a customer. Small and local company with horrible service. Do yourself a favor and get a reputable company.
Had our alarm installed at the shop today everything went as planned, the cost was affordable and the techs were prompt and informative. They did a very clean install too.
Had my alarm system installed today. The installers were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and completed the install in under the original estimated time. They were patient in explaining how the system works as well.
