I have been with Citadel Security USA for over 4 years now. While my Area of Operations is not in Colorado nor out of this office, I have been fairly treated by the Company and it’s representatives. The work offered ranges depending on the clients needs. However, it is fun because of the professionals that you work with and network with. I’ve emailed and called in trying to update my information for my w2 to be sent to the correct address. The times I’ve called I was given the runaround and then told that there was no one in the accounting department to handle my request. On top of that when I worked there HR was terrible at getting back to me to change my last name for work anyway so I had to continue to use my exes last name in order to work. Excellent and professional company to work for. I never had any problems getting paid, the uniforms are actually cool and I usually worked with other well trained guards like myself.
